World Cup 2006 Dinner

England v Trinidad & Tobago

With a 5.00pm kick-off, it was an early start at the Bankside Restaurant & Bar in the heart of the City, but pundits Nigel Spackman and Tony Gale kept the large crowd entertained with their pre-match thoughts on England’s second game in this year’s World Cup.

Half-time and after match analysis with questions from the floor were followed by a raffle and auction. With good food, and unlimited Red Stripe lager the evening proved somewhat more enjoyable than England’s performance!
